1. Returns Eligibility

3. Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse

- Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Share images or video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Wait for return approval
- Send the product to the provided return address
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video proof
- Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Refunds for canceled orders follow the standard refund process
9. Company Rights

- Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
